The Lake Central girls softball team fell just short of a State Championship birth with a 5-3 loss to Hamilton Southeastern.  The Indians advanced to the semi=state finals with a win over Dekalb.

The Lake Central Boys Golf team captured it's 5th straight section title.  The Indians finished 6 strokes ahead of Munster.  Mike Barenie carded a 79 to lead the Indians to the Title.
